Terms of service & sale

1. Contracting businesses

These terms govern the Voway digital product supplied and fulfilled by ΜΟΥΡΑΤ ΑΒΤΖΗ ΚΑΙ ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε., trading as PEACEFULPLAY, VAT/AFM 802817370, GEMI 183330646000, Leukopetra, Xanthis, 67100, Greece. Contact hello@voway.eu. For eligible Managed Payments orders, Stripe/Link separately acts as merchant of record for the sale and payment transaction under the terms shown at Checkout.

2. The service

Voway provides configurable digital wedding invitations, a guest link, editing tools, a QR code, and a themed printable card. Each invitation remains editable and hosted until twelve months after the wedding date unless it is refunded, withdrawn for misuse, or a longer period is agreed in writing.

Guest links are unlisted, not private access controls. Anyone who receives the link may open it.

3. Ordering and payment

Displayed prices are one-time, VAT-inclusive consumer prices. The authoritative product and price are selected on our server and payment is completed on Stripe Checkout with Managed Payments enabled. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation from Stripe and fulfilment by Voway.

For Managed Payments transactions, Stripe/Link is the merchant of record, calculates and withholds applicable indirect tax, and sends the customer receipt or invoice and payment-related notices. Voway separately keeps the accounting records required for payouts, fees, and its business obligations.

4. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate event details, keep account links secure, and have the rights and permissions needed for every photograph, audio file, name, address, or other item you upload. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.

5. Customer content

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Voway a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, copy, resize, transcode, display, and print it only as needed to provide, secure, and support your invitation. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups and legal retention.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep paid invitations available throughout their hosting period and to preserve their exact module version. Maintenance, security incidents, providers, or events beyond reasonable control can cause interruptions. We may make proportionate technical or security changes without removing the essential purchased service.

7. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights under Greek or EU consumer law, including remedies for a service that is not supplied as agreed. To the extent permitted by law, Voway is not responsible for indirect losses, customer-provided content, third-party RSVP services, or failures caused by inaccurate customer information.

8. Governing law and disputes

Greek law applies, without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Please contact us first at hello@voway.eu so we can try to resolve a concern. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer used.
